What is the number printed on my item?

The number printed on your item is our batch number. It allows us to identify when and how your product was made as part of our quality control process.

This helps us trace production batches if we ever need to investigate a quality or safety issue.

If your item does not have a batch number, it was produced before we introduced batch numbering. It still meets the same UKCA compliance and quality standards as our current products.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most items are already printed and ready to dispatch. If your item needs to be printed, please allow 1–2 working days before dispatch.

How will my order be delivered?

We send all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48, giving you tracking from dispatch through to delivery.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. UK delivery is free on orders over £30.

What material are your products made from?

Our products are made from high-quality PLA, a durable plant-based plastic commonly used for 3D printing. Yes. PLA (polylactic acid) is used in some UK tea bags.

Are your products made in the UK?

Yes. Every item is 3D printed, assembled (where required) and quality checked in the UK.

What does UKCA compliant mean?

Our products are designed and manufactured to meet the applicable UK product safety requirements. Where UKCA marking is required by law, our products comply with the relevant UK regulations.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Every item is individually 3D printed, so slight variations in colour and layer lines are normal and make each piece unique.

Why can I see fine lines on my item?

3D printing builds objects layer by layer. Fine layer lines are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not defects.

Are your products toys?

Unless stated otherwise, the products sold on our website are suitable for ages 3+ and comply with the applicable UK product safety requirements. Some products we sell exclusively at events are intended for older users (14+) and are clearly labelled as such. These items are not available to purchase through our website.

Can they be left in direct sunlight?

We recommend keeping products away from excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight, as PLA can soften at high temperatures.

How do I clean my item?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive moisture.

Are your designs original?

We print a mixture of our own designs and officially licensed designs from talented designers. We only sell designs we are authorised to produce. Where a licence has ended, we only sell any remaining stock that was produced while the licence was valid.

Where can I buy your products in person?

You can find us most Sundays at Cheddar Car Boot Sale, as well as selected events throughout the year.

Can you print in different colours?

Many designs are available in a range of colours. If you're looking for something specific, please get in touch before ordering.

Can I return my order?

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll be happy to help.
